Rule 119
The bill will be withdrawn from the bill
(1) The Bill shall be removed from the table of the House in the following cases:- (a) If the meeting rejects the following motions submitted by the member introducing the Bill:- (1) Motion to be allowed to introduce the Bill, (2) Motion to consider the Bill or the Bill with the report of the Committee. , or (3) a proposal that the bill or a bill with amendments be passed. (b) If the bill is withdrawn, (c) If the non-governmental member introducing the bill is not a member of the assembly, or (d) If the non-governmental bill is not passed, the introducing member is a minister. (2) By-laws According to (1), no proposal can be presented in the meeting in relation to the bill removed from the table.
